Dear Mehak with 33 marks in JEE I doubt if you will get seat in a govt. college/ university. But there are many universities like Chitkara, LPU, Baddi etc that take into consideration both the marks in 12th as well as JEE. Not only this some of them are also offering scholarships to students on the
