list of approved or registered clinical research and pharmacovigilance training centres in chennai

there are many institutes were opened for clinical trials and pharmacovigilance course in chennai recently. i came to know about many institutes but they are not GOVT approved, university approved or registered. i want to know that studying in those institutes are good or in a approved one.
