Hi Please share your low score first to get complete info and also what courses are you looking for? IELTS score 6 will be sufficient but rest depends on your percentage.

IELTS is to prove your English proficiency. You will not get admission and visa. It is better you improve your English and then go abroad to study. otherwise you will find your life difficult.

Dear Nilesh, 50 to 50% as per Indian percentage is the least score required. It is difficult to list out colleges without knowing the exact score and program you want to study. Look for SPP and non SPP colleges, also remember that too low a score may lead to visa rejection. Regards
