some desteance universityes having one year diploma in mass communication.After degree there is one year PGD in mass commucation.

If you are looking for a 1 year course then I would suggest you to go with a PG diploma in Media or Mass Comm.
Media/Mass Comm is a very vast domain and has a lot to offer such as production, direction, cinematography, advertising, PR and also journalism etc. are also covered under Mas
