Looking for admissions in B.tech,have secured 70% in XII with P.C.M.

Hi, I am looking for some good b tech colleges for admission with either no entrance exam system or with low competition level exam not JEE or others as I have secured 70% in XII boardsin 2013 and due to some issues did't join any college in past years. Now looking for a good college/average college

Uttam i suggest you that you have to attend entrance because good collages didn't admit without entrance and you have 70% in XII you can sure qualify entrance.
