Looking for B.Tech engineering in following a) electronics and tele b) electrical. What should be my preference for college?
VJTI or SPCE/SPIT or DJSanghavi or Manipal Institute of Teach, Will get in all the above colleges. What should I choose? I live in Mumbai.

Different colleges have different selection criterion, you will only get admission if you clear the admission criteria. Check for individual college criterion before applying. You have not specified any details on your qualifying exams.
