Looking for masters degree in Statistics from singapore that could also provide some opportunity to earn while learning no Gmat or IELTS sco

Completed my engineering degree from RU in 2009 with 68%. Have no GMAT , IELTS or GRE score have 2.5 yrs of experience in SAS,SQL in reporting and Analysis . Looking for a course that could also provide me some earning opportunities while learning and with reasonable fees.(duration 15mth or less)
