Lovely Professional University is better for b.tech mechanical. After this i eligible to do m.tech in IIT through gate.
I apply m.tech in 4th year because i don't want to do job after b.tech. After b.tech in LPU i m eligible for m.tech in top foreign univesity like Mit, standford and california

Undoubtedly you can apply for M Tech through GATE. LPU is UGC approved

Yes both is possible but keep in mind percentage matters.Appx in mechanical above 65% is avg
