Since IT is a highly dynamic field, It is imperative you must choose the university which upgrades it curriculum contentiously on feedback and suggestions from Industry. Since all four are doing a good job, you must compare them a bit deeply o the following parameters: Curriculum development: Is the curriculum at the university upgraded with industry inputs. Teaching pedagogy : Your college must have experiential learning practices. More the practical, better it is. Infrastructure: To support the practical and theoretical aspects of the curriculum Internships : For learning hands on the real time situations. Dear Nitesh, there are certain parameters such as placements, infrastructure, faculty level, environment, growth etc. To be considered while selection of institute for pursuing education. It a big question in the mind of a student as well as parents that what will the offers and placement scenario of educational institute when the student will be about to complete the course. According to me, go ahead with LPU for B.Tech because of the following reasons: Placements: Placements recorded are good in our department when compared to other departments. Students have got a package of up to 20 Lacs and on an average, a student gets above 3 Lacs per annum. Many good companies visit the university and many different roles are assigned to them from engineers to hotel management. Mechanical and some other departments do not have that good a placement. Infrastructure: Good classrooms, sufficient infrastructure and an average speed of Wi-Fi and labs with a lot of equipment. There are high-security classrooms and a ground that is more than sufficient to expose our skills in sports. LPU provides good medical facilities and departmental stores where the students don't need to move out for anything. Faculty: Faculty members were very helpful and they are highly qualified and knowledgeable. They use projectors. The course curriculum is very useful for us. Some of them help us in all the ways that they can and the courses are well shuffled within all the semesters so that we get continuous knowledge. Soft skills and aptitude are given importance for placements purposes.
