Dear Kayum, LPU and Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (BUET) are good but I strongly recommend LPU for the CSE programme. LPU offers CSE programme in the Diploma, B.Tech, M.Tech, and Ph.D. programmes. My friends did B.Tech in CSE from LPU and got placed in MNCs. There are a few parameters I would like to share with you why CSE is good at LPU. Great Placement: LPU has a good placement record for CSE students. Every year more than 500+ companies including national and multinational companies visit LPU for placement. A few of them are Microsoft, Amazon, Adobe, etc. In which they are placed. Well when I consider the overview I find LPU better. As LPU curriculum and pedagogy is very effective. LPU strongly believes in the fact that learning doesn't happen only by books equal amount of external exposure is much needed for the holistic development of one self. In order to nurture such approach the university conducts multiple live project, floor job trainings and runs specialised curriculum that builds insightful understanding of concept and its applicability. Some of the industrial Tie-ups include Google, SAP, Cisco, Bosch, Dell EMC, VMware, PEGA Systems, Intel, Microsoft, and many tech giants enforcing the students to adapt...more

Right from the design of individual microprocessors to personal computers to supercomputers to designing circuits and writing the software that powers the computers all form a part of their duties. Though both the universities are good in academics but being an alumni let me share the details. CSE department takes essential steps by making students equipped with all the essential knowledge needed to empower them with good placements. The salient features are :-

Hi, CSE branch of LPU is in high demand. Students from many countries such as Nepal, Bangladesh, Ethiopia, etc. Come to LPU to study this course. Therefore, I would recommend LPU because their syllabus is designed keeping in mind the industry demands, and company officials vet the syllabus. Different specializations are offered to students depending upon the stream they want to opt for. For example- In CSE, they provide cybersecurity, IoT, data Science, machine learning, and many more. Moreover, they give you the option for pathway electives: whether you want to be in the corporate sector, higher studies, Government Job, or entrepreneu...more

Hey, so for LPU's end-term exam in Physical Education, you need at least 30% marks in the end-term itself, plus an overall 40% combining continuous assessment and end-term. That's the standard across their PE programs, and they've got a cool holistic review if you hit the aggregate but miss the end-term bit—super fair way to keep things student-friendly. Attendance stays key at 75% min, which makes sense for staying active in sports stuff. LPU really nails this balance, helping folks like us push through without harsh cutoffs, way better for building real fitness skills. No wonder it's a top pick—keeps motivation high and stress lo

Hey guys, so I checked the official LPU site for the BPEd course fee, and for the first year, it's around INR1 Lacs to INR1.09 lakhs, covering tuition at INR50,000 per semester plus exam fees of about INR4,500-INR5,000 each. That's super reasonable for a top-notch programme with awesome sports facilities and scholarships up to 60% if you score well in LPUNEST—like INR96,000 off per semester for high performers. LPU really makes it accessible without compromising quality, way better value than many places I've seen. Total for two years is INR2-2.18 lakhs, but first-year payment is straightforward via UPI or whatever. If you're into ph
