As a student of Chandigarh University, I can share my experience of MBA placements with you. I chose this course because I wanted to learn about the financial sector and its operations. I have been very satisfied with the quality of education and exposure that I have received from the university. The university has a dedicated department for career planning and development, which provides pre-placement training to students from day one. They help us to improve our communication skills, aptitude, resume writing, group discussion, and interview skills. They also organize various workshops, seminars, and guest lectures by industry experts and alumni. The university has a strong placement record and attracts many reputed companies from different sectors. Some of the companies that visited the campus for Placements are Accenture, Wipro, TCS, IBM, HCL, Cognizant, KPMG, HP, Capgemini, L&T Insurance, etc. I was fortunate enough to get placed in Accenture as a business analyst. I am very happy and excited about my future prospects. I thank the university and the faculty for their guidance and support. There is also an international credit transfer programme that allows a LPU student transfer to a foreign partner university after spending generally half the programme duration at LPU. LPU offers various opportunities for students to work directly with industry on Live and Entrepreneurial projects. In 2022 the highest internship received by LPU MBA student is 65k per month. Besides getting internship these Industry projects give our students insights about the latest trends in the corporate world and help them become competitive and ready for the real world.
