m 12th with commerce 48% ,BCA with distacne (63.3%) MCA with distance(63%).. having 1 year exp in Sweng can i do ms in sofwatre engnrng ???

Hi Shailender MCA and ms in software technology are equivalent course doing courses of same level are not so beneficial instead of that if you want to go for research in your field then you can go for M.tech in IT stream. For that you need to appear in GATE exam.
