Hi Prakhar,
For applying to the IAS exam, you are over qualified as the minimum education requirement is a Graduate in any degree from a recognized university with the maximum age not exceeding 30 years
As for the MA is concerned,It is not so that with having MA through distance mode you will not

IAS requirement is only a Degree through Regular Mode i.e. 10+12+3/ 11+1+3. Post Graduation is not mandatory.
