M.B.A from ISBM. will it be accepted as equal as MBA from any Govt, university? will it be considered across Nations?is it worth 4my career?

Respectd Sir/Mam ,i have done my mba in 2010 .i have 2 year experiance in pharma sector.i want to know which course will be suitable for me to increase my skills and to get placement in mnc.i am able to do correspondence course.plz suggest me
