m btech it student.what is better for me as undergraduate course...advance java, .net, dba ,sap ???

i have to go for a course or training after my 6th sem so everyone advised me for course.plzzzz tell me that what is better for me....i think about database administrator but is it right? advance java, .net and sap are also the options.
