M.com applied economics or MA economics after bcom for specialists officer at RBI?

I have passed my b.com exam with 70% for lucknow university and now aspire to pursue economics masters. Should i go for M.com applied economics or MA economics. I want to work in banking sector (RBI to be precise) and further go for Civil services.
