M confusd betwn what to choose a 6 mnths corse or a full 2 years course frm a WELL KNOWN instute, does name of an institute mattr ?

i need to start workin for my family asap. n what others sae is do a 6 mnthz corse frm iitc n start workin n some sae do corse frm good institute of 2 yrs for a good expirnce. Does name of an institute matter while goin for an interviw o for expirnce at a good compny in da start ??

    A full time course is always better for any career form an overall perspective. So if you can then you should unhesitantingly prefer a full time course. Incase the family requirements demand that you need to earn soon then you may go for a shorter versio of the course, get into a job as soon as feasible but keep in mind that once you are financially stable enough you would somehow do a full time course - may be through Part-time course or by distance education mode.

    Hi Mayank, institute name doesn't matter much but yes quality of program and university matters alot. Northwest College for Advanced Learning in New Delhi offers PG from University of London, London School of Economics. They also have weekend program where you can work Mon to Fri. They have best teachers from Harvard, IIM, Stanford, INSEAD etc. Their placements are too good. please see their website once www.northwestcollege.in
