There are a lot of options for you dimple. You can go for doctorate, or you can enter lecturer-ship by appearing in NET like exams. You can go for MBA itself for other specializations. You can do some short-term courses and certification related to your earlier specialization. Feel free to raise m

Besides what Mr. Vikas Naidu has rightly suggested to you, I would advice you to utilize your basic subjects also ( and not simply management education) in searching for suitable jobs. At this age the more chances are you getting an appropriate + suitable job on the basis of your graduation subject
