You can do Mtech in CSE.If you want to give Mtech you have to Give GATE examination.For preparing GATE you can take admission in any institute who will guide you very well.I can prefer you a name of one institute.The name of that institute is THE GATE ACADEMY.You can check their website www.thegatea
