Vikram if you want to do Ph.D. in Management than first of all go for MBA than try for the registration in Ph.D.

After completion of B.Com you have to do Master Degree then pursue for Doctorate

Doctorate in MBA? I think this is an innovation. Please be clear that Doctorate is after any Masters degree.
