m getting below error in QTP Failed to run script. Description: The specified module could not be found

Please can you delete all the QTP files from C\Program files\HP..also check the files in C\common files\mercury interactivee. If any QTP related files are present delete them. Uninstall QTP again. Reboot system. And do a fresh QTP install so that it works. I had the similar issue sometime back...
