Hi Keydee, you still have time to apply for MS in Australia. You don't need to appear for GRE and TOEFL or IELTS will be enough for admission.
To get admission at one of the reputed Univ, you should also maintain a good percentage in BE/BTech. Also, try to clear subjects in single attempt.
