If you are already doing B.com in correspondence then choosing of college does not arise as a question.
Sorry to say, I think to laugh when people say "I am not financially strong". What do you mean by this?
The course for B.Com including book and exam fee from DU is hardly Rs. 5000 for a year. If you are really interested to do study, even if you do a part time job for just 3 months anywhere in Delhi, you can make thrice of the amount required to complete your B.Com. It is different thing if you do not want to work.
