I have my MSc IT with 4yrs teaching experience and want to pursue my education should i do M.Phil first or i should just start my PhD prg

Hi, let me clear your doubt,mphil rrequired 2 years to complete and after completing students almost feel to pursue phd with related discipline and they opt for same and phd required minimum 3 to 3.5 years and maximum of 6 to 8 years to complete depending on the university you are selecting...obviou
