    HI,
    With 15 years of education UK would be the best study destination for you to pursue MBA.
    Please remember in order to pursue MBA form good and top ranked universities, you need to have at least 2-3 years of full time work experience after graduation, secondly to pursue MBA you need to take either TOEFL or IELTS, and GMAT exam.
    As you are pursuing B.Com now, it would be advisable for you to work for 2-3 years after completing your graduation and then apply for MBA, how ever if you wish to continue with your studies, you can pursue Msc in management.

    MAT and CAT exam is good , if you get good score then you can find good colleges in India , in CSR magazine you an get all details about all MBA colleges in India top colleges in India, and their procedure

    You can do in UK universites. See details in www.beds.ac.uk or www.gre.ac.uk. It is one year post graduation , costs less than other places. you have to do IELTS exam to prove your english proficiency and take minimum 6.5 band.
