m pursuing pgdm want to give ugc net exam i dnt want to purse MBA degree. is there another way to go in a Teaching field.??

i am pursuing Pgdm from AIMA. i want to appear in UGC net exam but i am not eligible for that exam i dont want to pursuing Again MBA degree. If i purse PHD after my PGDM then. M i Eligible for NET exam?
