M Sc in Subsea Engineering

I have completed my engg in 2000 and have about 13 years of exp out of which current 6 years in onshore pipeline designing. I want to pursue higher studies in M Sc in Subsea engineeting from abroad. please tell me about the institutes and the job prospects being international student
