M.Sc. Physics by distance mode with Bharathiar University Regarding DEC approval, kindly see detail Description of question below.

I am willing to do M.Sc. Physics by distance mode with Bharathiar University, but said university is not approved university by DEC , but said university is recognized by UGC. Suggest, can I will face any kind of problem for further regular education (PHD) or applicability in GOV job after passing
