    The colleges for M.Tech admission for Electrical in Bihar without GATE score are:
    1. Aryabhatta Knowledge University, Patna
    2. KK University, Nalanda
    3. Srikant Sanskrit Mahavidyalaya Shikshan Kalyan Sansthan, Bihar. And there must be many more, but I would like to suggest you the best college, Chandigarh University. The university provides you with an amazing infrastructure, everything a student wishes for, not only the campus is amazing but the faculty here is always there for you, and I would also like to mention that Chandigarh University provides the best possible placements to it's students.

    Neelkamal I don't know about Bihar, But I can say for Chandigarh University. CU gave the admission on the basis of GATE or CUCET (enterence examination)
    There are several reasons to chose Chandigarh University over the other universities just like:
    1. Defined placements
    2. Superb infrastructure
    3. Cooperative faculty
    4. Well designed curriculum
    5. Need of today's that is co curriculum activities for the personal development
    So I prefer you to go with CHANDIGARH UNIVERSITY.

    Well, there are some good college in Bihar without GAATE score cards are KK University, Nalanda and Srikant Sanskrit Mahavidyalaya Shikshan Kalyan Sansthan, Bihar. But I will suggest you best college for M.Tech which gives you good placement and good platform for research I. e. Chandigarh University. Chandigarh University has an excellent placement record. Every year more than 2500 students got placed from here from CSE department only with an average package of 8 LPA. The highest package is 31.7 LPA. Google, Microsoft, Wipro, Amazon, IBM, Capgemini are the top recruiting companies. There are proper lab facilities to improve coding ski

No, a duplicate GATE 2026 admit card will not be provided at the test center. Candidates must carry their own admit card along with the mentioned documents and items to the GATE exam center. IIT Guwahati will release the GATE admit card on January 2.

Candidates will get only one scribble pad at a time. They must write their name and registration number before using it. If the rough sheet gets filled, then they can ask for another one scribble pad after returning the previous one to the invigilator. After the exam concludes, candidates must return the scribble pad to the invigilator.

Yes, candidates will get a scribble pad in the GATE exam 2026 to do the rough work. Candidates have to write their name and registration number on the scribble pad before using it. However, the rough sheet must be returned after the completion of the exam.
