I am doing M.sc(cs) from Makhanlal Chaturvadi University form Bhopal.I want to do M.tech.Does it better choice.

yes it is better choice and you are eligible for M.Tech. after completing the M.Sc. Cs

you can also do Distance mode M.Tech but , in India no one give you AICTE approved certificate in Distance mode, you can get a UGC approved certificate in Distance course. Now a days some company also recognized the UGC approved certificate.
