M.Tech in Solar and Alternative Engineering

I need to do my M.tech in Distance Education. So can U suggest some colleges.Am from Lakshadweep and i got job 7 month before . Our Department not giving time for ragular study ....... Plz help in this case.I want to do M.Tche in Solar and Alternative Engineering .
