MCA is equivalent to ME (Computer Science and Engineering)
MCA with Only B.Sc. (Computer Science) background is equivalent to ME (Computer Science).
B.Sc. Computer Science (3 Yrs) + MCA (3 Yrs) = 6 Years.
BE Computer Science (4 Yrs) + ME (2Yrs) = 6 Years.
MCA and ME Degree both are Equal.

No MCA is not Equivalent to M.Tech or ME. MCA is Equivalent to B.Tech / BE. MCA Students Are Not Allowed to do PhD Unless they do M.Tech or ME. So MCA is Equivalent to BE / B.Tech.

MCA is Post Graduate Degree(3 Years) Master degree program jise graduation karke(B.Sc., BCA, BE, BTech etc) karne ke baad hi kar sakte hai. Ye koi graduation ya under graduation degree nahi hai. MCA, ME, MTech, M.Sc, etc) post graduate candidates hi Ph.D kar sakta hai na ki B.Tech, BE, BCA, BSc,BCom
