Hi from 2023 you can appear for 2 degrees simultaneously as the new education policy is coming into effect but before that, you are not allowed to appear for 2 degrees simultaneously. But keep in mind that you cannot appear for M.Tech without completing a bachelor's even after 2023. Hope this helps.
