m working in telecom sector in SCM last 2 year m working on Material management module in SAP/R3 . I want to move in IT sector(HCL). i m in right way ? how i improve in I.T ? or if m doing job in telecom sector then how i improve in this sector ? suggest me good advise m also doing MBA thanks

Dear Aditya, Its a good decision to shift in a IT Sector. Also mention in which filed are your pursuing your MBA. As it will matter a lot for your Career Growth
