ma'am,i have applied in "punjab college of techical education" which is in ludhiana.People say the college is good in terms of faculty and placement but it is affiliated to PUNJAB TECHNICAL UNIVERSITY.PTU is not that good as per newspapers and other reviews . will the value of the degree be affected
