maam I got overall 6 bands but in writing, i got 5.0. so can i get admission in advance diploma electrical in canada?

maam i got 75% in S.S.C.(10th exam) in 2008 and 70% in diploma electrical with one backlog in 2011. So what are the chances of getting admission in September intake ?
