both the courses are good for career
PGDBF ( Post Graduate Diploma in Business Finance ) is related to business finance and MBA is related to management
so I suggest you set a target
just answer one question
For what purpose you are doing master degree ?? for job or for business

MBA Finance or PG Diploma in Finance is a good option. However, pursuing either regular or correspondence is your choice.
