Mam, i failed to qualify mains scored only 98 but my cbse % is 93.i want 2 join motilal nehru national inst. of tech. for btech(chem).can i?

I just want to clear that can i get admission in colleges under jee on the basis of my rank instead of not qualifying mains? please help
