For hospitality and Tourism you can try in Leeds Metropolitan University, where in thay offer this courses with one year internership. See details in www.lmu.ac.uk

Edinburgh Napier University, is one of the good university in UK.
The university has been awarded The Queen's Anniversary Prize fro higher and further education in 2009.
