For hospitality and Tourism you can try in Leeds Metropolitan University, where in thay offer this courses with one year internership. See details in www.lmu.ac.uk -

Edinburgh Napier University, is one of the good university in UK.
The university has been awarded The Queen's Anniversary Prize fro higher and further education in 2009.
Edinburgh is ideal place to study hospitality, as it is a centre for travelers and tourists from all over the world, hospitality and tourism businesses flourish here.
But its always advisable to apply, to at least 2-3 universities, so that you can choose the best option, and in case you receive rejection from one university, you can still have the option to pursue the course in other university.
