there is only one orientation-profit-making and nothing else stands in the way.a very bad management alone has a gender-bias.there is no sentimental touch l in the quest for money.

Most probably men's hold the top position in our indian economy..because there is glass ceiling effect which prevents womens to reach such a positions..

a conclusion is quite difficult on the general abilities. but i have a general feeling that women are less corrupt as employees and this is also subject to discussion.but, it is an interesting point for a discussion in a lighter vein.
