there is only one orientation-profit-making and nothing else stands in the way.a very bad management alone has a gender-bias.there is no sentimental touch l in the quest for money.

Most probably men's hold the top position in our indian economy..because there is glass ceiling effect which prevents womens to reach such a positions..

a conclusion is quite difficult on the general abilities. but i have a general feeling that women are less corrupt as employees and this is also subject to discussion.but, it is an interesting point for a discussion in a lighter vein.

According to me, Women are better administrators than Men, as they are:
1. Sincere to the work taken by them (Success of Self Help Groups in TN)
2. Committed to the task delegated to them, inspite of various other issues related to body, Family & Customs
