Management seats are legal? Are these seats approved by AICTE? Will there be any impact in future?

Yes it is absolutely legal. Management quota is a government authorised mechanism provided to private or deemed University by which students can secure Direct Admission in Institute. 85% of the seats are filled by the management of that institute. The fees of a management quota student is 3-4 times
