Sir I want to study MBA. but other are told to study M.Tech/M.E which one is benefit now a days. and how can I prepare for JMET. how mach % need to get top B-schools like IIT,IIM,etc...

Ask your minds, Conduct a SWOT Analysis too, your mind will tell you the answer. Are you more interested in Management or Technology?

MBA is more of a course learnt by almost all graduates and as such more MBA graduates come out every year than M Tech graduates whish is learnt by B Techs, MScs and AMIEs. But job prospects for MBAs far exceed M Techs, in fact in almost every sector.
