many universities offer btech+m tech integrated courses for 5 years please tell me that what is the difference in recoganisation

is there any differance b/w 6 years course of b tech and 5 years integrated course . which is more better

Generally it is a 6 year course and GATE exams after B.Tech. but any university giving integral both degree and approved by AICTE. Than its good one that it saving 1 years as well as not required to appear in the GATE exams. But please check about the degree , scope, placements etc of same universi
