Maritime college for converting from electrical engineer to 4th engineer
I am a electrical engineer in merchant navy. I want to become 4th engineer. For this, there are courses in U.K .But they are expensive. I want to know if there is any maritime colleges in singapore that provides course to convert from electrical engineer to 4th engineer in merchant navy.

mr srinivansan u can do from INDIA also just in less fees.so think before u go to abroad .
