Mass communication or B.com after class 12? Have grown interest in m.communication but cant decide what is best.

I am totally confused. I want to go for mass communication but I dont have 100% grip english. Besides I think of doing something different so dont have much interest in B.Com. Please suggest me some useful ideas?
