masters in aerospace engineering for spring 2012

Hi i have completed b.tech aerospace engineering in may 2011. want to do masters in aerospace engineering. applying for spring admission. my gre score is 1110 and toefl score is 86. my gpa is 6.5. can u pls suggest if i can apply for admission to embry-riddle, texas arlington, university of houston
