Masters in avionics. It is for getting an industrial job and not for research or phd. Universities?
I am currently doing BE in aeronautical engineering therefore I want to do masters in avionics. My profession will be job oriented. I do not want to do research.

Good academic record,preferably 60% plus in gradua

Moneesh...From the information I have managed to gather, a Master's degree in Avionics alone will not be enough to enter into the profession you have chosen. You will need the following additional qualifications and licences authorised by the aviation safety agency as listed below.
1. Part 66 Licenc
