masters in mechanical engineering in canada

i have got the following percent in my academics
10th-71.2
12th-60.8
btech(mechanical)-63
1.i know that i cant get admission in good universities in canada.but if i take gre exam and get a good score then can i get the admission in canadian universities with scholarship.
