Masters or PG Diploma from Canadian university for commerce graduate how good are the chances?

I'm a commerce graduate with 5 yrs of working exp. in IT industry, looking forward to do master or PG (1 year course), wanted to know how good are my chance to get in to some good Canadian university. Thanks
