max plank institute is offering ph.d in life sciences. what exactly is the criteria to be eligible for securing a seat. My %is only 65 inMSc

I worked as JRF for about 2 years. PASSED MSc in2009. strongly desirous of working in MAX PLANK as doctoral fellow. PLEASE ADVICE.
